What is the 90-day roadmap?

The three classroom courses take you from your first skill to workflows running in your business. Month 1 covers skills, tools and your first workflow. Month 2 adds your company context, memory and database. Month 3 covers team leads, policy, training and a review of the results.

How much time should I allow?

Allow roughly five hours a week. Work through the monthly stages at your own pace. You can take longer when project work gets busy or move faster through material you already know.

Is this useful if I work on my own?

Yes. Use the workflows on your own projects and adapt the system to your work. You can skip the team rollout and use the final review to see what has improved in your own process.

What is the workflow guarantee?

Follow the 90-day roadmap to put AI to work on your projects and in your business. If you do not get at least one workflow delivering value, we will refund you.

What support do I get?

Book a free 15-minute 1-on-1 coaching call for a specific question or onboarding help. Bring questions and use cases to the weekly live group calls, or ask the community. Annual membership also includes a one-hour setup/strategy call.

Are AI subscriptions included?

AI subscriptions are separate from community membership. Choose the tool that fits your work and follow the relevant setup material. You still review and check AI outputs before using them on a project.
